Who runs this site

Who is behind Franca Rossi, and how do I reach you?

This site, my books and my video course for senior club and league tennis players all run under one name: Franca Rossi.

For anything about your data, write to business@francatennis.com. That one address handles privacy, refunds and questions too.

When you just look around

Does this site follow me with cookies while I browse?

Not at all. This website has no on-site sign-ups, data-entry fields or accounts. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no Google or Facebook trackers. I don't run analytics scripts either.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare handles your IP address so the pages load and stay protected.

Links from my videos

A link may include a source code in its address. When you buy, this code is passed to Payhip to identify which link brought you. This site does not set attribution cookies or store your IP address in an attribution database. Cloudflare and Payhip handle technical data under their own policies.

When you buy through Payhip

Payhip runs the secure checkout and processes your name, email, billing and payment details. I never see your card number. Payhip provides the order information needed to deliver your purchase, manage your membership and handle refunds, including which link brought you.

What do you keep about me as a member?

Payhip passes me your name, email, membership status and billing dates, and which video or link you came from. I keep these to send your weekly video lesson for senior club and league tennis players.

My lesson emails also tell me whether they were delivered and which links inside them you clicked. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a letter. Unsubscribing stops the emails; to stop club payments, cancel your subscription at your Payhip account.

When you write to me

Your email address and message are used to handle your request. The full raw copy of the email is deleted after 90 days; the message text is kept as correspondence.

You can unsubscribe from the lesson emails at any time using the link in an email.

What I'll never do

Do you sell my details to anyone?

Absolutely not. I don't sell or rent your personal information, and I don't share it for advertising.

Who else handles my details for you?

Three, and each has its own privacy policy.

Payhip handles payments, book delivery and video course billing. Resend sends my emails. Cloudflare hosts the site, stores my data and receives the email you send me.

How do I stop emails, or see and delete my data?

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email business@francatennis.com to unsubscribe.

Wherever you live in the US, California included, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to business@francatennis.com.

Payhip keeps its own purchase records, as the law requires.

How long I keep things

How long do you hold on to my information?

Program details stay while you're a member, and until you ask me to delete them.

If you unsubscribe, I keep only a scrambled “do not email” note, so you're never emailed again. Order records stay as long as the law requires.

Grown-ups only

Is this site meant for children?

This one is for grown-ups. My books and video course are for senior club and league tennis players. I don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

How will I know if this policy changes?

I'll update this page and change its “Last updated” date.
